Middlesbrough Council undertook a one off exercise to convert their paper records into digital data for their GIS and other computer systems. Their data comprised planning applications, enforcement complaints, tree preservation orders, adopted highways mapping, street lighting information. DSM GeoData was selected to carry out the work because our expertise and competitive pricing offered the council a solution which guaranteed a quality product but at prices which allowed the council to achieve significantly more for their money.
