The company was awarded a contract to structure topologically some 16,000 Ordnance Survey digital maps over a very short contract period of 5 months. The data had been through an automatic process to structure that data but any features that could not be identified automatically had to be manually coded. The contract was part of the Ordnance Survey’s project to create its MasterMap product. .
