The project is to build an as-built electrical distribution network for the city of Berlin. The work involves analysing archive utility maps (from 1950's to the present) and creating the electrical network reflecting the current state. The electrical lines are constructed over the existing digital landbase. This information system is built on the GIS software "PARIS" interfacing with an ORACLE database.
